Please note that all applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and must send the required pictures below or your application will not be considered.
In the message box please put down your measurements (bust, waist, hips) and weight. If you have any history with exotic dancing please tell us a little bit about it. If there is any other information you would like to tell us about yourself please feel free to let us know.
